Why memory?

Over the course of 11 weeks in the Psychology course: Popular Myths of Human Behavior I was very excited to use this opportunity to look into why I believed to be a complete myth: that memory was exercisable and could be made more expansive and more accurate. I have come to the conclusion that while the very literal interpretation is false; however, it was interesting to discover the effect of physical exercise on cognitive ability and memory as we age.

I have many friends who have encouraged me to try these new Brain Age games, etc trying to convince me of their effects. I have long tried to assure my friends that these games can’t actually strengthen anyone’s memory for anything other than the game itself. Now, after some conclusive studying, I can’t wait to show my friends what I have discovered! I hope that you’ll be able to share this blog with your friends as well and I hope you have enjoyed yourself! Thanks again for coming to my blog!

Now that you’ve finished my blog, how about a little quiz? :D
